It’s impossible to have a wet lube that doesn’t have some degree of “stickiness” after a few rides. So we formulated our own degreaser that makes chain cleaning quick and easy.

We call it Formulation 12 because it has been tested over eleven prior iterations to get to the perfect balance of cleaning and ease of use.

Simply spray on to your chain and wipe off with a rag. As it’s water based there’s no need to thoroughly rinse. Once it has dried reapply your High Performance Chain Lube ready for your next ride. A little goes a long way.

Excessively dirty chains may need multiple applications. For even better results we recommend removing your chain and cleaning it separately.

Formulation 12 Degreaser can be used on all aspects of your drivetrain, but care should be given not to apply it to your brake discs or pads. We recommend covering your brakes with a rag.
